Do I need a budget or a specification document already?
No. If you have budget or timing constraints, they help guide the discussion. Otherwise, we can start by clarifying scope and the information needed to evaluate options. The initial call does not replace a detailed estimate.
Can you work with our IT team or existing vendors?
Yes. We can collaborate with your internal teams and existing partners. Roles, access, and responsibilities are defined for each engagement.
What happens after the first conversation?
