Systems integration

Connected tools. Less re-entry, smoother handoffs.

Does your team copy the same information between your CRM, ERP and accounting software? We connect your applications so data can move with the work, from one team to the next.

Information follows the work.

  • CRMERP

    Customers, orders and statuses

  • OrdersAccounting

    Invoices, payments and reconciliation

  • Your platformPartners

    Requests, availability and confirmations

Illustrative flows: we define the data, direction and frequency of each exchange around your needs.

  • Reduce duplicate data entry
  • Make team handoffs easier
  • Identify transfer errors

Situations you may recognize

When information needs to move between tools.

We start with a specific exchange to improve. Here are four examples of needs that integration can address.

From sales to operations

A sale is confirmed in the CRM, then someone recreates the customer and order in the ERP. Updates get lost between teams.

What we can put in place

Transfer validated data and return useful status updates, with rules to prevent duplicate records.

From orders to accounting

Invoices and payments are tracked in separate tools. Your team spends time comparing records.

What we can put in place

Connect orders, invoicing and payments, then flag discrepancies for review.

From data to reports

Preparing a report means exporting several files, combining them and checking which version is current.

What we can put in place

Feed reports with data from the relevant systems, using a schedule and checks agreed with your team.

From your platform to partners

Exchanges with suppliers, distributors or customers rely on emails and files processed by hand.

What we can put in place

Build an API or connector to exchange the information needed, with defined access and transfer monitoring.

Client work · DealCoach

QuickBooks data, directly in the platform.

DealCoach wanted to extend an existing SaaS platform with financial data and new reports. We connected that data to its analytics environment.

  • Integration of QuickBooks financial data.
  • Reporting pipelines using Node.js and Google Sheets.
  • Financial data available within the platform for advisors and their clients.

Work on an existing platform: integration, reporting and infrastructure improvements.

What we deliver

A connection your team can monitor and maintain.

Alongside the connector, the work covers exchange rules, exception handling and knowledge transfer.

Explicit rules

What data moves, which system is authoritative, when to sync and who can access what: we document these decisions with your team.

Visible errors

Logs, alerts, duplicate checks and recovery mechanisms are defined for each flow. Your team knows what to review when an exchange fails.

Clear ownership

We define documentation, access, responsibilities and support arrangements so your teams and partners can operate the integration.

Technical choices that serve the need

We assess existing connectors, automation tools and custom development based on your volumes, business rules and maintenance constraints.

Examples of platforms to connect

  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • Stripe
  • QuickBooks
  • Notion
  • Airtable
  • Jira
  • Slack
  • PostgreSQL
  • Snowflake
  • Twilio

Integration methods

  • REST / GraphQL APIs
  • Webhooks
  • Custom connectors
  • n8n · Make · Zapier
  • SQL · File exchanges

Feasibility depends on access, licensing and each application’s capabilities. We check these during diagnosis.

Before connecting your tools

Do we need to replace our current software?

We first look at connecting the tools you already use. Diagnosis checks access and the limits of each application. If a replacement or upgrade is needed, we explain the options before defining the project.

What if an application has no API?

Depending on the application, file imports and exports, an existing connector or an adapter may be suitable. We assess authorized access, reliability and maintenance costs before choosing an approach.

What happens if a transfer fails?

We define checks, alerts and recovery options for the exchanges involved. Some cases can be retried automatically; others require human review. Responsibilities and support arrangements are specified as part of the project.

How do you protect the data being exchanged?

We define the data needed, access permissions and credential management. Hosting, encryption and retention choices are reviewed against your requirements and the capabilities of the connected systems.

What budget and timeline should we expect?

That depends on the number of systems, available access, volumes and business rules. After clarifying a first flow, we propose a scope, estimate and validation stages. Licences and ongoing support are specified separately.

Automate a process

Connect actions, approvals and follow-ups once the information is available.

What information are you still copying by hand?

Tell us which applications are involved, what needs to move between them and where things get difficult. We’ll help you define a first flow to connect.
