Several tasks to automate, but where do you start?

Automation Priority Calculator

Compare processes such as invoicing, customer follow-ups or employee onboarding to identify which ones deserve a closer look first.

What you need
Monthly volume, time per task, hourly cost, error frequency and cost, and strategic importance.
What you get
  • A process ranking and the top three priorities.
  • A score breakdown based on time, errors and business impact.
  • Scenarios saved in this browser and a CSV export.

The score helps compare opportunities. It does not account for implementation costs and is not a guarantee of savings.

Have a project in mind and want to assess its potential?

Custom Software ROI Calculator

Compare your expected software investment with its potential benefits. Explore scenarios to see which assumptions have the greatest impact on the result.

What you need
Development budget, maintenance, operating costs, expected annual benefits and tax credit assumptions.
What you get
  • An estimate of net project cost and net annual benefit.
  • ROI based on the model and an estimated payback period.
  • Saved scenarios and a side-by-side comparison.

Results depend on your assumptions. Tax credit options are for simulation and do not confirm your eligibility.

From results to decisions

Explore the numbers. Then validate them in practice.

A calculation becomes useful when its assumptions are clear and your team can check them.

  1. 1

    Start with a real case

Choose a specific process or project. Replace the example values with your volumes, costs and observations.

  2. 2

    Compare different assumptions

Test a conservative scenario and a more ambitious one. Identify the variables that actually change the conclusion.

  3. 3

    Validate before you commit

Review feasibility, available data and team adoption. Then define a scope and a baseline to measure against.

Before you use the calculators

Do I need an account or email address?

No. Both calculators are free to use, with no signup or email address required to see your results.

Are my scenarios saved?

Both calculators save scenarios locally in your browser. They do not sync across devices and may be lost if you clear your browser data. The priority calculator also offers a CSV export.

Which calculator should I use first?

If you are comparing several processes, start with the priority calculator. If you have a defined software project and estimates for costs and benefits, use the ROI calculator. The priority score and ROI answer different questions.

Can I make my decision based on the result alone?

The result prepares a discussion, but depends on the inputs and the model. Validate costs, feasibility and expected benefits with your team. For the ROI calculator, have tax assumptions reviewed before including them in your budget.
