Coolify was selected as the deployment platform for its balance of capability and clarity, giving the team a clean interface for managing environments and pipelines without requiring dedicated DevOps expertise. GitLab, already central to the team's workflow, was connected as the single source of truth for all deployments, and Docker was standardised as the deployment unit across every client project.

Environment variables were centralised in one place, consistent and accessible across all repositories. The result was a deployment system designed to be owned by the whole team: one that every developer could understand from commit to production, and that would grow stronger with every new project added to the portfolio.
