Overview
BandeSoft manages multiple software projects for its clients. The agency wanted a consistent, understandable and reusable deployment model as its portfolio grew.
Automathing designed a shared workflow with GitLab, Docker and Coolify, and centralized environment variable management. The goal was to give the team ownership of the journey from code to production.
Challenge
As the number of projects grew, BandeSoft wanted to standardize deployments. The system needed to remain understandable to developers and help new team members take ownership of projects.
The need involved both consistent deployments and greater team autonomy.
Our Approach
We designed the workflow with the BandeSoft team around its practices and delivery needs. GitLab remained the starting point for code, Docker provided a common deployment unit and Coolify handled environments and deployments.
Environment variables were centralized and the workflow documented so developers could understand, operate and adapt it across projects.
